Rian Cruttenden Rian Cruttenden, Managing Partner, is the next generation in the Cruttenden legacy. Prior to his employment at Cruttenden Partners, Rian held the position of Corporate Finance Analyst at E*Offering where he constructed financial models and performed due diligence for private placement and merger acquisition transactions. Before E*Offering he interned at Roth Capital where he assisted on several public offerings. As a member of the Cruttenden Partners management team, Rian has thrived in his position, helping the firm grow by expanding the property management division as well as seeking out and acquiring new companies to perform Cruttenden Partners’ wide range of client services for. With his dedication to finding ways to improve the firm’s quality of service, Rian has become a true asset to the team. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Miami, Florida where he is still an active member in raising funds towards scholarships for the Hurricane athletic programs.
