John Chan John Chan, Partner, is an experienced investment and new business development professional.  Prior to joining Cruttenden Partners, Mr. Chan was Vice President of Corporate Finance for E*Offering and Meridian Capital Group, Inc., where he worked on numerous public and private high-tech offerings.  Before Meridian Capital Group he was a Principal with Daedalus Partners and a Corporate Finance Associate with Cruttenden & Company.  Previous to entering the field of finance, Mr. Chan was a senior Consultant for the SBA’s Small Business Development Center, where he counseled over 25 regional ventures. John's duties include helping portfolio companies strategize and shake out financial plans while analyzing new business opportunities. He earned a B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University and an MBA in finance and entrepreneurial management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
